How do i get rid of this comp virus?

Basically, this virus redirects my google searches, prevents me from using spybot, malbytes, and from installing hijackthis. its also preventing me from going to sites Where You can download antispyware/Antivirus Programs and even going to the extent of preventing me from going to a computer tech site. it also prevents me from updating my ad-aware database. i've used ad-aware, avast, and ccleaner, but nothing happens. this virus even slows down my computer. anyways, how can i fix this w/o reformatting?
